I was given one of these floral Lucite sets some third years ago that belonged to a work mates mother. If it weren't for the sentimental memories of my set, I would trade it in a minute for this one. This has got to be the nicest example of reversed carving I have ever seen. The Lucite is octagon on all three pieces, which illuminates the red color in the roses. The brooch is 1-1/4 of an inch across and the screw back earrings are 5/8 inch. The roses look so real its as if tea cup roses were picked and sunk in Lucite to preserve them. Buyer will be thrilled. Book value $100.
