I don't like to make claims when pieces are not marked, however, this set looks undoubtedly like an unsigned Har. Just to give you an idea of what you're looking at, the Har set I have seen that was close to being this spectacular carried a book value of $1500.
This set is made up of flex and marbled thermoset with a swan motif. A head and wing wrap around each side of the setting. So from either direction you get a view of a bird with its sparkling pink rhinestone eye. This is NOT heavy as it may appear.
The bracelet is 7-3/4" in length. Each of the four sections rises in height to one inch. The clip earrings are 1-3/8" in length. The set is in excellent condition.
