Here's a 5 carat ruby glass ring that is size 8-1/2. It's made in a rectangle emerald-cut, and held in an illusion setting. There are no markings on the ring, and neither with the naked eye, nor with the loupe does it show finish wear, however, from the close-up photos I can see there is some wear to what appears to be an outer finish. I would say this is high-class customer jewelry, not the real thing if your taste goes towards the expensive. No one but me and you will know the difference! (Boxes are display)
