Chinese Silverwork Pin With Ivory Carving Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Prices listed are book value only. Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

I've seen more of the silver and enamel jewelry work come out of China, but I have here another unique find. This pin is two sided, with a honeycomb filigree backing, and an elaborate notch scroll work front. It is not marked, but looks like a gold wash over silver with some finish wear visible with a loupe. In the center is a carved ivory Chinamen that is prong set. I'm guessing at the age, putting it between 1930-1950. It looks like it may have been pained in some areas, such as the eyes and belt, that have long since faded. This is a terrific piece of Asian artwork. Book value $75 - tell me what you want to pay to bring it home. Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Authentic Ivory Carved Whaling Ship Scrimshaw Cameo Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Prices listed are book value only. Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

This is one of the nicest Scrimshaw whaling ships you'll find. Even the natural shading on the ivory was used to the best advantage; making the sky and sea look as if a storm is brewing, with the sails full of wind with the birds sticking close by. The silver tone setting has a very nice design to it as well. Book value $50.

Clay/Stone Scarab Necklace Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Prices listed are book value only. Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

Here is a neat scarab necklace in the popular Egyptian Revival style. The colors are beige, buff brown, and turquoise. I haven't a clue how this was made. It appears to be clay or stone and is cool to the touch. The scarabs are not molded, but carved. The largest one that hangs 1-1/4" is completely hollow on the inside and the back has a bird carving among others signs. It's not a heavy piece, and has been made to look older than it truly is. I would estimate this being from the 1960's. Book value $75. Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Pre 50's Mexican Sterling Aztec Design Bracelet Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Prices listed are book value only. Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

Rare and heavy, this piece of Mexican jewelry is pre-50's, before the government required any markings of silver content or location. These old pieces, the majority from Mexico City, are marked only Silver Made in Mexico, or as this one, Mexico. Most of these were of high quality, as can be seen in this Aztec design with a total weight of 1.9 ounces. The length of the bracelet is 7-1/4 inch. There is some damage to three of the six circular knobs in the design as seen in the close up photo. They do, however, give the impression of being part of the design and add interest to the it. I have not cleaned this piece, is as my normal practice, since some prefer the old patina. Book value $250. Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Bright Murano Glass Bird Necklace with Gold Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Prices listed are book value only. Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

Molded glass bird motif jewelry has gained a popular following in the last few years. I have seen many pieces, but never one with as many huge clusters of leaves and birds; nor of one with the gold accent. Each bird, and many of the beads are peppered with gold. There is not a chip or crack in this 17 inch necklace. The colors are bright and gay, showing off a good sampling of some of over a hundred shades the industry boosts. I would estimate this piece was made in the 1930's in Gablonz, North Bohemia, a small mountain town that owes its existence to the trade, although most people refer to this glass as Murano glass from Italy. Book value $350. Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

Peking Glass and Filigree Asian Necklace Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER! Prices listed are book value only. Don't be shy, this is your chance before this jewelry leaves store inventory, you tell me what you are willing to pay to make it yours.

Unbelievably this piece is not marked. It is well made with solid elephant and tuck charms, detailed filigree, and green Peking glass beads. The Asian Buda sits in a 1-3/4" pagoda in which a light chain fringe hangs another four inches. I know I've seen this clasp on designer pieces, but I'm not putting my finger on who used it. You are bound to get a lot of admirers with this necklace. Book value $75. Forget the Price ~ MAKE AN OFFER!
