803-12

Quaint Rust Agate Stone Bracelet Polished agate is glued on to this silver tone link bracelet. I had a hard time trying to adjust the coloring on the stones. They are not as yellow in real life, but the brown tone is more accurate. Stones are darker with less variance in coloring. Popular style in the 1950's and 60s. Book value is $130.

910-1

Child's Heart Expansion Bracelet A heart expansion bracelet from the 50's. On either side of the heart the bracelet expands so it's possible to take it on and off without unlatching the hook. The finish is gone, and someone scratched an R on the reverse side, but still a bracelet any little girl would be delighted with.

808-11

Semi-Precious Stone Link Bracelet Polished stone samples on a link bracelet were all the rage in the 1950's and 60's. This has a nice color variation with red, brown and clear agates; blue, green and rose quarts; tiger eye, smoke topaz and amethyst. One of the stones has a tiny chip, otherwise in excellent condition. Book value $130.

801-4

Modernist Coral Bracelet How nice to find a bracelet to fit a big boned women. It measures eight inches, which is a rarity. The five coral disc beads are held with curled barrel beads giving it a modern appeal. I would estimate this being from the 50s. There is what looks like a natural flaw on the top of one of the beads, otherwise in excellent condition.(Note: This piece was extremely hard to adjust the coloring to match the coral, but I did as best I could.)

All my jewelry is vintage or antique previously worn jewelry for the most part. For this reason I try to include close-up photos for your examination, but please feel free to ask questions before you make your purchase.

Turquoise Embossed Art Nouveau Style Bracelet This Art Nouveau style bracelet is covered with detail. Each link is etched and held in place by alternate hearts with scroll work and a pin cone motif; and etched "buttons" with turquoise colored beads. It is a take off of the Art Nouveau style that was popularly being reproduced in the 1930's and 40's. It has not been cleaned, and looks in un-used condition.

782-6

Chunky Art Nouveau Cabochon Bracelet You won't find another like this gorgeous bracelet. The more I look at it, the more I discover. The large green cabochons are some type of early plastic. There are three that are oblong and three that are set high. The later are faceted around the bottom edge. The six circular links that hold them are etched and the metal has a heavy gold plate with a lovely patina. Each link has delightful Art Nouveau motif of leafs and flowers which have prong set coral beads. There is a safety chain to keep it secure and it measures just over seven and a half inches with it's width at its tallest being one inch.

I have spent hours trying to find out something about this bracelet, but I haven't seen anything like it to give a clue precisely when it was made or by whom. There is no doubt it was done by a European designer, and may have been an early work of one that immigrated to the U.S., such a Hobe.

452-30

Raised Daisy Petals with Rhinestone Center Bracelet I remember these sets from my childhood, as my mother had the necklace and earrings that you see every once and a while. This is the first time I've seen a bracelet to the daisy set. To top it off, it doesn't appear that it was ever used. There is paint loss to some of the petals on one of the flowers from years in a jewelry box no doubt, which is why I'm putting the condition at good rather than excellent. This is, of coarse, something that is an easy fix. The flowers themselves are a cream white, and the centers have clear, bright rhinestones. This bracelet is also a little longer than most, which makes it nice for a larger boned woman. [Side Note: If you purchase it at the full newly listed price, I'll get my husband, who is an artist, to touch up the paint for you at no extra charge.] This is a very sweet vintage piece to enjoy this summer.

All my jewelry is vintage or antique previously worn jewelry for the most part. For this reason I try to include close-up photos for your examination, but please feel free to ask questions before you make your purchase.

788-5

Green Marbled Cabochon Bracelet Square green marbled cabochons have a four facet dome appearance on this bracelet. There is no wear at all to the back side, but the cabochons show it no doubt from being stored in close contact with other jewelry. There are nice lines to the pale gold tone links, which could pass off as silver tone. The end clasp is a replacement.
