Unusual Schiaparelli Set Treasure This is the most unconventional Schiaparelli set I've ever seen. In her short lived business adventure Elsa used many designers, and the one that came up with this design was way ahead of times. This set was found stored away in an antique shop with many other treasures.

The bracelet is 7-1/4 inches and the drop clip earrings measure 1-3/4 inch. They are made of curved metal and molded confetti glass. Each piece is signed and the earrings carry the patent number dating them to the 1950's, and probably near the end of Schiaparelli's production. They are in perfect condition other than the missing safety chain on the bracelet. This is a grand set to add to a collection.

Florenza Griffon Watch Bob and Chain True Renaissance style watch bob with link chain. The chain is etched on the edges in keeping with the style, and has two faux pearls near the front center. The pendant itself is 1-1/4 inch long and 1-1/2 inch wide with a griffon face. The back is marked Florenza and there is also a ring to add a watch. It looks as though someone along the way did so because there is some finish loss, as well as a couple tiny spots on the front inside curves that cannot be seen with the naked eye. A charming piece, as are so many from this designer. Book value $65.

Crown Trifari Set in Brushed Silver Tone and Rhinestone Elegant, yet simple, this Crown Trifari set includes a seven inch bracelet, 1-1/4 inch clip earrings, and a sixteen inch adjustable choker with fish claw clasp. Each link has a row of brilliant clear rhinestones that are outlined in brushed silver tone metal. Each piece is marked, and the choker carries the Crown Trifari metal tag. The set doesn't appear to have ever been worn. Book value $150.

Early Weiss Large Blue and Green Stone Set It's easy to tell this set is one from the early days of Weiss manufacturing. It is brass with a silver plate, and shows more wear on the clip earrings than on the 16-1/2 necklace. All the stones are hand set with large prongs. It's interesting to see the foil backs overflowing the cupcake frames; obviously well made with no signs of wear at all. The stones have so much shine it is incredible. Both the choker and the 1-1/8 inch earrings are marked. Book value $280.
